not my top shelf pipe stuffer, but very nice for a casual puff. The aroma from the pouch or jar brings back a childhood memory of a neighbor who smoked a pipe. for as much as my memory serves this would be the stuff he smoked. I can say it has toasted Cavendish somewhere and very little casing if any. as with all David's Blend there is no PG...yea! stays lit with gentle puffing and not too sweet for an all day puff. keeps it's flavor to the bottom of the bowl and leaves a gentle white ash that just needs to be tapped out. no goop in the pipe to clean even after a couple bowls. room note: very pleasant and passes the wife test, this is her favorite. she usually sits a little closer if not on my lap when I come in.
