The topping is mildly sweet, and may be responsible for the hint of honey as well as being just a little sugary. The Virginias are citrusy sweet with some grass and takes the lead, though the other components work well with them. The perique is lightly spicy, raisiny and figgy, and always noticeable without being bold. The burley is toasty, nutty, and a little earthy in a support role. Has a mild nic-hit, and won't bite. The tobaccos are coin cut and ribbon mixed, and burns cool at a moderate rate with very little moisture at the finish. Needs an average number of relights. Has a pleasant after taste. This reminds me more of a milder, sweeter Strang cut than it does the uncut, "cigar" pressed Strang. An all day smoke.
