Schneiderwind Black Currant
(3.50)
The Schneiderwind 2008 years with a fine blend Johannisbeer aroma was a great success, but unfortunately only available in limited edition. Due to popular demand we are now, but from now on and not limited our mixture "Black Currant" (Latin ribis nigrum), which is based on the mixture of Aachen 2008th Broad-torn Virginia, black cavendish, and a little fine flake tobacco with the fresh summery flavor of black currant and vanilla give this blend its unique character. According to the description on tobacco reviews this tobacco is no longer in production. I am under the impression that it is re-issued. Blended by Kohlhasse & Kopp if i am correct. This tobacco has a wonderfull black current taste throughout the entire smoking session. Full bodied aroma. Dark and bright colored tobacco in a square 100 gram tin. Highly recommend!! The Schneiderwind shop in the city centre of Aachen next to the famous Dome is a place to be experienced. Very friendly service with a lot of know how.

Very pleasant black currant note when opening the tin. Strong, but not artificial. Needs a little time to dry before packing. The Virginias in this one are mildly present and accompany the juicy, richly flavoured black Cavendish in harmony. The flavouring is fruity, sour, and sweet but not overwhelmingly so. The room note is so good! It's a real treat, still available at the outstanding Schneiderwind store in Aachen, Germany
