The tobaccos are greatly sublimated by the vanilla and caramel toppings. The Virginia is very lightly grass and citrus. The gold cavendish has a drop of honey and the black cavendish is vanilla sweet. Has almost no nicotine and no bite. Burns well, cool, and clean at a moderate pace with a consistent flavor. Requires a few relights, and leaves a little moisture in the bowl. Has a very pleasant after taste and room note. But you'd expect that from 1-Q, which I'm sure this is.

Basically tastes like a more refined version of Captain Black (can't decide if it tastes more like White or Royal). Pretty much the best of the Up Down bulk blends I've tasted so far. And it's a couple dollars cheaper than the Captain. All in all, a good value-- a very good value.

I recall this being labeled an English Blend but it's so darn fragrant and tasty I would suspect it's more or an aromatic. Still it's very smooth smoking with little to no bite. Either way I love this stuff. Best of Up Down's tobaccos thus far! (actually tied with their Virginia Virginia)

I've just assumed that this is 1Q under their own label. I could be wrong, but that'll give you a good idea of what this blend is like.
