It was the only choice at the local tobacconist and it was very cheap. After I tasted it I reaized I've paid too much for this horrible sawdust. It says vanilla but i couldn't detect any. Very dry, tasteless (except a vague cheap cigarette flavour) burns very hot and bites like a shark. Avoid it like the plague! One star but i would have valued it even less.

Holy Mother of God! I have no idea what possessed the John Middleton company to produce such a horrible excuse for pipe tobacco, but to give you some idea of just how worthless this blend is, I would sooner smoke Mixture 79 before I would allow this foul mess into one of my pipe again. Even cobs deserve better treatment.
