Brebbia Adagio (Mixture No. 50)
(2.50)
This remarkable blend consists of the hand selected tobaccos of the finest grade. The mild and delicate flavor of pistachios provide a satisfying, slow burning smoke.

My taste runs more to full english blends but this was a nice change of pace. Not to sweet like other aromatics and not so mild to be boring. An average smoke that won't dazzle you but also won't offend.

I love pistachios but usually dislike aromatics but gave this one a try. This blend burns slow and cool and has just a slight hint of pistachio in the flavor and aroma but mostly a nutty flavor like a good burley or red va. It left no dottle in my bowl and all in all was a pleaseant smoke albeit nothing spectacular.

Update: After using a clean ppe I have found that I like this tobak much better than in the previous review, therefore I am up grading Adagio to three stars. The taste of pistashio is now coming through and has a pleasing flavor.
I really do not taste pistashio, mostly tobacco which is of good quality. This tobac burns dry and without dottle. At least it does in my Savinelli Canadian. The room note is not spectacular, but not unpleasant either. Maybe a choice for those who normally smoke English blends and want to try an aromatic, but do not want all the goopiness. What ever the case, smoke it in a large bowl due to the cut.

To get an idea, read my reviews of the other Brebbia aromatics: this one is probably the most delicately flavored, but this doesn't make it more interesting for me... and probably neither for those who like aromatics with a marked taste.
