A classic danish VA/Burley blend. In some ways similar to Everton and Perle. Where Everton is smooth and nutty and Perle is more rustic in taste and appearance, Primrose is strong and crude.
It consists of brown unsweetened VA and toasted Burley. It packs and burns like all Orlik products (like a dream). It packs a wollop in the nic department.
Primrose has both cigarette and cigar notes. The VA sweetness is vague and the burley must be in the cheaper end.
The ultimate working man's tobacco, but for me it is just too crude.
Think of filthy sour pipes held together with duct tape - plumes of rancid smoke rising from them. (I know you've seen them from time to time): this is how this blend smells and tastes like when lit.
Bleh..
