The remarkable Dane with the unique vanilla aroma. Bright and mild Virginia Tobaccos blended with our super mild Black Cavendish create a mixture of outstanding quality. Our smooth vanilla flavor adds extra character and a perfect balanced taste and room note.

Alsbo - Vanilla.
The unlit aroma of this is superb, it reminds me of a traditional old fashioned sweet shop! The mix is mainly medium brown in colour with a few jet black pieces thrown in for some character.
It lights up with superb ease and once lit you will realise that this is quite special! The taste I can only describe as "soft", The actual smoke is not overly thick nor is it too faint in construction, it is just satisfying in build and the flavour is brilliant, all the way you get a perfect full Cavendish taste with an excellent vanilla/cream topping which does not become too sickly nor gloopy. Tongue bite does not occur unless I strain the hell out of it and even then it's quite minor when it does happen (which is rare). If I choose to inhale this sensual smoke it goes down with great ease and a good Vitamin N amount (for me), nicotine is about that of Mac Baren Vanilla flake, which I found to be great. At the end of the bowl I find a pleasant lingering aftertaste of vanilla which is a nice bonus!
From my point of view, if you enjoy a vanilla aromatic then you wont go wrong with this!

The vanilla flavor has a little richness with no chemical taste. I did notice an alcohol topping of some kind, but it didn't detract much at all. I also got a hint or two of the tobacco itself, something not always evident in blends of this genre. It needs to be puffed slowly or you'll risk a little tongue bite. Has almost no nicotine. The strength and taste levels are medium. The overall flavor is consistent from top to bottom. Leaves a little moisture in the bowl, and needs few relights. Has a pleasant after taste and room note. Not really an all day experience unless you're heavy into vanilla flavoring, but it's pleasant enough for a dessert smoke. Two and a half stars.

Quite similar to Mac Baren Classic but with more palatable topping, vanilla is definitely more pronounced here. I've seen this brand before a lot but never brought myself to trying one on account of it looking like something OTC, I regret that. No bite, smokes very cool, very pleasant taste and aroma. One of the tops for me!

After smoking this blend for some time and finishing the 50g pack I bought, I can say the following:
When you open it, the smell is pretty stong sweet, like very artificial, didn't like it very much. Before smoking it, I transferred the tobacco to a jar and left it there for a couple of days. It has a high humidity because of all the flavoring I recomend to dry it before smoking because I noticed there was a big difference between smoking it kind of wet and dry. When I smoked it "wet" the flavors were not as intense as when I smoked the tobacco dried, and I also got tongue bite quite often. The more I smoked, less tobacco was in the jar, the drier it got. Although when dried it gets a bit hot, I never got a tongue bite again. In the end I enjoyed smoking this blend in comparison with when I started. Just let it dry (not crunchy dry) for a while and then enjoy it.

Upon opening the pouch a very strong vanilla aroma is present, this transfers through the smoke. Reminds me of a bakery or cake shop very sweet and sticky smelling. A very big vanilla hit from the get go which I loved, almost a butterscotch taste with a slight alcohol twinge in the back somewhere. The vanilla flavour is present for about 3/4 of the bowl and the last quarter is a much more subtle bonfire toffee kinda of taste.
The room note is akin to a vanilla scented candle, I had smoked a sly bowl in my living room and a few hours later my SO returned from work and legitimately asked if I had lit one of her scented candles and didn't believe me when I had said that It was this tobacco (gave me a reason to have another bowl just to prove a point).
All in all a great smoke, it burns cool and not too fast, although I have noticed that if you chase the flavour and puff away it can get a little hot.
I much prefer this to Mac Barens Vanilla cream as this seems to be much sweeter but I'm bias as I have a very sweet tooth.

Great smell in the pouch, smokes light and easy, not moist at all.
Funny thing is that this pouch was empty before I knew it... Smoked it in my BigBen crosly, which is not a large pipe, so quite some bowls.
Room note is marvellous, taste is good, but a little bland compared to some more complex english blends.
Good aromatic, the fact I emptied this pouch so fast is self-explanatory. Aro lovers, this is a good one

Nice, mild and very sweet aromatic. Beautiful black-and yellow color. Unfortunately, the strong vanilla tin note vanishes few days after the pouch has been opened, or when the mixture is aired or transferred to a jar. What remains is a mild "butter-like" scent, still pleasant. The vanilla taste is wonderful and perceivable throughout the bowl when this tobacco is freshly opened. Days or weeks after, the taste becomes more "tobacco-ish", though the sweetness of virginia & black cavendish remain clearly perceivable throughout the bowl. Tongue bite may occur if not smoked gently. The design of the pouch is rather dull: there's room for improvement. Overall a nice, strongly topped tobacco, only for lovers of aromatic mixtures.

Very nice aro, tastes and smells like vanilla pudding, for a dessert smoke this does the trick, but.....I get a weird sour tounge after this blend, now i don't know if i might be alergic to something in this blend or what but for this sole reason i don't smoke it which is a bummer because it does taste very good. It does bite and burn very hot. No moistness at all so its good to go straight from the pouch and is a very smooth and light on the taste buds. If you like aro's do try this one but be warned of a weird sour tounge that might last a whole day after this thing.

I tried this to see what it was like. It was nice. Not earth shakingly brilliant and not quite my type of thing, but not bad. Worth a shot I'd say.

Im a beginner and was searching for aromatic tobacco suitable for my needs for some time now. After Mac Barren Vanilla and Borkum Riff Whiskey Bourbon this one is by now the best for me. Recommended for aromatic lovers. No tongue bite , really pleasent for smoking.
