Dreaming Pipes - Mount Tai.
The kake isn\'t broken, or sliced. The tin holds just one rectangle of tobacco. There isn\'t much to the unlit aroma, it\'s just one of Virginia\'s. Crumbling is easy, and the moisture\'s ready for immediate smoking.
At first I notice the red Virginia, fruity and opulent. After about a quarter I get more of a bready, doughy nuance from any bright Va. Although I get bread and dough from the bright, I don\'t get any sharp citrus from it. The casing seems to be something sweet, throughout a bowl there\'s a mild honey-touch, this makes it a nice afternoon/evening smoke; IMO. A bowl burns without an issue, it only needs a tamp once it\'s going.
Nicotine: below medium. Room-note: nice.
Mount Tai? If you fancy a slightly sweet, rich Virginia, this is a winner! Highly recommended:
