The white burleys provide a lot of earth, wood, nuts, bread, some sharp sour notes, mild toast, sweetness, and a couple pinches of spice as the lead components. The floral bright Virginia produces some tart and tangy citrus, vegetative grass, bread, sugar, mild sour lemon, and light spice. It offers secondary rather than full support. The Irish cream and nut topping moderately tone down the tobaccos. There are a few light vanilla and bitter cocoa notes from the topping. The strength starts out as mild to medium, and settles in at medium after the first third of the bowl. By that same mark, the taste level is a step past the medium threshold. The nic-hit is just past the center of mild to medium. No chance of bite or harshness. Has a very small rough edges. Deeply rich, zesty, and a little filling, it burns cool and clean at a reasonable rate with a very consistent creamy sweet and sour, nutty, mildly floral, lightly savory flavor that extends to the pleasantly lingering after taste. The room note is a notch stronger. Barely leaves any dampness in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights at the most. Not quite an all day smoke. Three and a half stars.
