Black cavendish is the sole varietal. The licorice topping is rather potent. The chocolate and walnut toppings are just above being condiments. The strength is a couple of steps past the mild mark. The taste level is a notch short of the medium mark. Barely has any nicotine. There’s no chance of bite or harshness, and has no rough notes. It’s rather moist, but as is my custom, I did not dry it. Your mileage may vary on this point. Burns cool and a tad slow with a very consistent, smooth, sweetly charged, mildly tart and syrupy, light alcohol flavor. Leaves a little moisture in the bowl if not dried a little, but it’s not a gooper. Requires a few relights as mixed cut blends occasionally do. Has a lingering after taste, and a strong, pleasant to tolerable room note. Can be an all day smoke for the veteran. Two stars.
