Classic grass and hay Virginia from the tin note, which truly translates to the blend’s profile.
A very straightforward Virginia that leans more to the bright side with a subtle sweetness, citrus, and grass, but not without a bit of depth—tangy with a little dark fruit. Knight is bready with even a little malty background, but all-in-all, it’s a muted profile that is very consistent. The flavors are satisfying but subtle. Not a sort of straight Virginia whose casing seems to straddle the line between casing and topping.
Just quintessentially Virginia. Does threaten a little bite, but nothing a slow cadence can’t steer clear of. Also could be a nice Virginia component for those who like to experiment with their own mixings.
