Cup O' Joes - 25th Anniversary.
A single piece of kake, brown with black flecks, sits in the tin and it's easy to pinch a bowl's worth off and load. It has a slightly chocolate-esc aroma, and is a little too moist; for some, maybe? But it suits me!
Luxurious. The flavour's very luxurious. Even the smoke has a thick, luxurious build. I get plenty of fruity red Virginia, creamy black Cavendish, and the Burley? It's the Burley that makes this a particularly preeminent smoke, There's a note of chocolate from it which is divine; it isn't as rough, coarse, as Burleys can be. So, even though there's a fullness, the smoke's rather mellifluous! It burns nicely, manufacturing a cool temperature smoke. All without a bite!
Rom-note: nice. Nicotine: medium.
25th Anniversary? Without a doubt, four stars:
Highly recommended.

The red Virginia provides a lot of fermented tangy dark fruit, earth, wood, mild vegetation, sugar, light tart citrus, grass, floralness, wine-like vinegar, and a pinch of spice. There’s a fair amount of toasty, moderately sugary black cavendish in the mix, but it doesn’t quite have the expected effect, which leads me to think it is processed from burley. The mildly rugged burley presence is very nutty, earthy and woody, and competes with the Virginia for attention. The strength and nic-hit are a couple of steps past the center of mild to medium. The taste barely reaches the medium threshold. There’s no chance of bite or harshness. Has very few rough edges. This crumble kake easily breaks apart to suit your preference, and needs no dry time. Proportionately well balanced, it burns cool, clean, and a tad slow with a light inconsistency in its fruity, nutty, mildly sugary, lightly creamy flavor. Barely leaves any dampness in the bowl, and requires a couple more than an average number of relights. Has a very pleasant, lightly lingering after taste and room note. Can be an all day smoke. Three and a half stars.

Tin note of sharp, sweet and cocoa. Tobacco is a Krumble Kake of light brown, brown and black. Moisture content is great, plug breaks apart and rubs out easily. Burns slow with a few extra relights. The strength is mild to medium and nic is mild. No flavoring detected. Taste is medium and mostly consistent, with notes of brown sugar, peaty vegetation, cocoa, woody, floral, molasses, spices, mildly sour, fermented vinegary, mildly bitter, savory, toast, earthy, a lemon grassy, dry nutty background note, and a mildly peppery almost smooth retro. Burley is leading with Cavendish and Virginia supporting. Room note is pleasant, and aftertaste is great.
