The Virginias provide some tangy ripe dark fruit, earth, wood, mild tart and tangy citrus, some grass, sugar, acidity, light floralness, bread, and a pinch of spice. The sugary vanilla topping seems have a light burnt caramel. They moderately tone down the Virginias. The strength and nic-hit are a step past the center of mild to medium. The taste is a slot past them. Won’t bite or get harsh, and has a few very small rough edges. Burns cool and clean at a reasonable pace with a very consistent sweetness that translates to the lightly lingering, very pleasant after taste and room note. Leaves little dampness in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. It’s an easy going all day smoke.
