Motzek Puhwapwap
(4.00)
The tobacco leaves used for the "aged"series must be matured for 3-5 years. Afterwards they are soused in juices made from herbs, and then they are rolled or pressed for another half year. Every month finest tobaccos (100% Burley/spicy) are spun from hand in small batches to prepare the next batch.
Notes: Inside the bags there are soused rose petals (with herbs, spices, liquor f.e.), which can be packed along with the tobacco itself.

The bold burleys provide a lot of nuts, earth, wood, vegetation, some roughness, spice, and little sweetness as the lead components. Due to how they are aged, they also sport an obvious floral quality. Most certainly cigar aspects are present: earth, wood, peaty vegetation, tea, spice, herbs, floralness, citrus, cedar, and smokiness. The floral, herbal, sweet rose petals are almost supporting players. The rum topping moderately sublimates the varietals while synergistically adding a smoothing sweetness that tames many of the rough edges. The strength is in the center of medium to strong. The taste is a step past that mark. The nic-hit is a notch below the strength level. No chance of bite or harshness. The shredded roll is easily cut apart to suit your packing preference. Burns cool, clean at a reasonable rate with a very consistent, deeply rich, rugged, sweet, floral, spicy, herbal, nutty, cigar flavor that extends to the pleasantly long lingering after taste. The product is a little dry, and barely leaves any dampness in the bowl. Requires an average number of relights. The room note is a tad potent. Not an all day smoke, but it is repeatable for the veteran. Can ghost a briar. Four stars.

This blend ist absolutely amazing. It s rich, earthy, and like a good cigar - only better! I cannot say much about the roomnote, as I smoked it outside in Wintertime, but it's pretty strong, however always smooth, not biting and just delicious without being sweet.
