Notes: This blend was formerly named Kingsfoil as part of Country Squire's Middle Earth series. From the blender, Jon David Cole: Kingsfoil has no topping whatsoever. We use a variety of unflavored bright leaf Virginia and fired cured Kentucky in the blend only.
