Sutliff Tobacco Co. - ZBC #245.

A jet black mixture, very coarse cut and it smells strongly aromatic. Yeah, it's too damp, but that's the status quo for a heavy aromatic like this!

When I smoke an aromatic it's because I want something heavy and false. That is EXACTLY what this is. It suits the position of Evening Smoke perfectly. It just has a gluttonous feeling: the vanilla and caramel lead in the added flavours. The smoke from it's cool and exceptionally thick in build; adding to the feeling of gluttony!

Nicotine: not much. Room-note: lovely.

ZBC #245? A dead cert for a newer smoker, or a lovely smoke for a seasoned piper who fancies something greedy! This could be my 'Go-To' evening smoke! Highly recommended:

4 stars.

Look at my review of Sutliff's Molto Dolce, because I am not going to write much here, and this bulk blend is like a baby sister to Molto Dolce. How does Sutliff make these overly-goopy aromatics, yet they burn so well? I have been drying mine out in front of a heat lamp, but it even burns ok right out of the bag or jar. Do they add Kerosene to it? Lots of PG, obviously. Even with all the casing, toppings, and PG, I can tell the tobacco is quality, though not sure what it is; mild White Burley is my best guess.

It is not expensive, and is a bit better than Captain Black. Highly recommend it to those who like the occasional "naughty aromatic," and probably some mainly aromatic smokers could make it a regular. Dry it out...

Note: I almost dismissed Sutliff after trying Mixture 79. If it took them seventy-eight attempts to come up with that shit, which is like smoking cheap whore's perfume or soap (bad soap), I don't know what the idea was. These aromatics like ZBC or Molto Dolce are good, though!

In a world with many fine black cav's, ZBC seems to get lost in the shuffle. Not to say it is a bad tobacco, I just found the taste to be lackluster. Nice presentation, moisture level was about right to smoke, and not even a hint of tongue bite. Thanks, I will stick to my Lane VBC
