The Virginias are mildly citrusy, a little more dark fruit sweet with some grass, wood and little earth, and have a lightly fermented, floral quality to them. The dry, sour, woody floralness gives a slight impression of Turkish leaf, and it would not surprise me to learn a pinch or two is present, despite the lack of its mention in the description. The smoky, woody sweet Cyprian latakia plays a secondary role, but doesn’t quite have richness generally associated with latakia. Designed to be a light English, the strength and taste levels just pass the mild threshold, and probably wouldn’t do that if not for the bitter floral essence, which some may find distracting. The nic-hit is also just past the mild level. Won’t bite, but can get slightly warm on the tongue if puffed fast. Burns at a moderate pace with a consistent flavor. Leaves little moisture in the bowl, and needs an average number of relights. The after taste is affected by the woody, sour note which lingers just a mite. Can be an all day smoke. Two and a half stars.

This is a pretty "ho hum run of the mill" latakia blend that just did nothing for me. It wasn't bad, just boring IMO. It reminds me a little of Butera's Pelican, so some people will undoubtedly like this one. As for the flavor profiles I would advise you to read Jiminks review as he pretty much nails it down.
As for me, I would not recommend this blend, but by quality of leaf and not being bad, I will leave it with two stars. This may very well be a three star blend to some people, but unless you are in Germany, there are many other blends like this one to try that will be easier and less expensive to obtain to scratch this itch.
