All I can say is caramel and that is all I found in this blend. It needs something more to compliment the caramel like a very light chocolate in the background or a distant note of coffee would take this from a generic ho-hum blend to something very special. I took my own advice and added some Sutliff Chocolate Truffle to this and I think I am on to something special! It is 3 parts English Toffee and 1Part Chocolate Truffle if anyone is interested.
