Seattle Pipe Club Mount Rainier
(3.00)
From P&C's website: Seattle Pipe Club Mount Rainier is a sturdy, medium-bodied latakia blend that keeps it simple - sweet, bright, Virginias are combined with excellent Orientals and a fair amount of Cyprian latakia. This is a cool-smoking pipe tobacco with a smoky flavor and robust aroma.

The smoky, woody, musty, earthy, mildly sweet Cyprian latakia is a lead component. The woody, earthy, moderately floral, mildly spicy, sour and very lightly buttery sweet Orientals are strong supporting players that often compete for the top spot. The grassy, citrusy bright Virginias are mostly a condiment in terms of their effect. The strength and taste levels are medium. The nic-hit is just past the center of mild to medium. No chance of bite or harshness. Burns cool and clean at a reasonable rate with a light inconsistency in its mildly sweet and rather savory, spicy flavor. Leaves little moisture in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. Has pleasant, short lived after taste. Can be an all day smoke. Three and a half stars.
