Mac Baren Brigg Regular

Brigg Regular is an exquisite blend with lots of natural tobacco flavor. Bright Virginia tobacco is blended carefully with Cavendish. A touch of Burley has been added for the overall balance in the blend which also has a hint of Jamaica rum.
Notes: Previously blended in Germany by Planta, it is currently blended in Denmark by Mac Baren.

Bought this in Ghent, Belgium at a small tobacconist. Interesting blend with the burley really coming through, earthy flavor. On the dry side, I added a little humidity to eliminate the harsh tongue bite. Overall not bad.

A tub of this was a gift from a German friend, first let me start with a preface, pipe tobacco here in Britain is now unaffordable, a mere 50g pouch with set you back £18, so I don't buy it here at all now, importing from America or Germany which still works out cheaper, I found this to be an excellent substitute for Clan, that sushi of tobaccos ( which I actually like despite my taste for strong English styles ) it's a pleasant smoke, good room note that won't offend and one I will enjoy while fishing

Un tabaco plano, sin fuerza ni sabor. Cortado en cinta, más bien seco, se quema velozmente. Con un aromatizado a ron que se nota externo. En suma un tabaco olvidable, común y corriente. No lo recomiendo.
