The Virginia offers mild grass and some citrus. The Kentucky is woody, toasty, lightly nut sweet with some earth in the background, plus a bare hint of spice. The strength and nic-hit are just a shade beyond mild. The taste level is very mild. Needs hydration to help bring out the very consistent, clean flavor and slow down the burn rate. Virtually leaves no moisture in the bowl. Has bite potential. Has a dull after taste. Not very complex, it reminds a little less of cigarettes than the AC Classic version, but puff fast, and you'll get that taste. Makes lots of smoke, requires few relights. Does better as RYO.

Been using American Club blue for several years! Lately, last 3 bags(16 oz) have been of poor quality, making me cough really bad!! What is going on? This is a great product! Also, has a funny taste, not the usual flavor! Seems too strong & taste was bad! I just bought another bag & thinking i should buy something different or buy somewhere else?
