Gawith Hoggarth - Kentucky Maple Spirit.
This has quite an accurate description!
The pouch smells quite strong of maple and contains a much higher proportion of Kentucky and Virginia in comparison to Black Cavendish. As it's supplied loosely in a pouch it's not too damp.
As I said, the description is pretty accurate; it's sweet and mild. What the description doesn't include is how much it bites; it's a bit of a killer if it's not treated very tentatively! I don't get much character from the tobaccos, it's mainly a false/sugary taste.
This isn't too good; it might be enjoyed by somebody who doesn't require nicotine and puffs their pipe with next to no force but it isn't one for me.
