This McClelland made product provides a little “vinegar” that is never strong, and weakens as you go along. The various Virginias are tangy dark fruit sweet with a fermented quality, a little sugar and spice, citrus, a bit of earth, and a couple blades of grass. The fruity toppings tone down the tobaccos a little. Won’t bite or get harsh. The nic-hit is mild to medium. Burns a little slow with cool, clean and fairly consistent flavor. Leaves some moisture in the bowl, and needs a few relights. Has a pleasant after taste. Not quite an all day smoke. Two and a half stars.

A wonderful combination of Red Virginia that has been stoved mixed in with Red Virginia ribbons that had no stoving. Top shelf leaf ensures a smooth flavor presentation with some muscle thanks to the stoving.

This is very likely McClelland 5120 Fragrant Virginia blend. A visual inspection shows a mix of Stoved and Red Virginias. Smoking it reveals the same. It's sweet, tangy, and fruity with a very mild toasty note that comes and goes. Well rounded and a pleasure to smoke. Can't find a single thing that makes me want to deduct points from this fine smoke. 4 stars.
Mild to medium in body and taste. No added flavorings. Burns well once you get it going.
