I smoked cigarettes for too many years. Recently I decided to switch to the pipe. As soon as I converted to pipe tobacco, I had no idea what took me so long. I get to explore a broad diversity of blends, experience a variety of complex flavor combinations, still get my nicotine, and spare my lungs the abuse they were suffering. There's also great history to learn about, craftsmanship to admire, and an enthusiastic community to interact with and learn from.
