The time it takes for approval can vary. I monitor 8am-4pm Mon-Fri EST. Though, I have several roles and may not immediately see a request, but it shouldn't take long to get to it when one is there, but it could have to wait over the weekend.

Then it's a matter of what's being submitted. If it's a well known brand, I just check the info and double check that a page doesn't already exist for it. In some cases, I may need time to verify things. I'm guessing the blend you submitted was the Doctor Pipe brand, which is a good example of when it might take a little longer. I wasn't familiar with this brand, and since the blend name is the same as Mac Baren HH Old Dark Fired and is branded in the image of it, I had to do a little digging to make sure it was legitimate - lots of scammy stuff out there we just gotta do our due diligence to keep off here. But the blend is up now.

We know markets are different for pipe smokers in different places around the world, and there are also boutique blenders doing great work that deserves to be highlighted. We want those niches represented on the site, sometimes they just take a little more digging to verify.

I don't see who has submitted the blend, if I could I would reach out for clarity in such cases which might speed things along. It just occurred to me, a dedicated place on the forum to inquire about a submission might help with things, I think I'll set that up tomorrow.
