I smoke mostly Latakia blends. I prefer the ones with more orientals. In autumn and winter I smoke heavier blends and lighter ones in spring and summer. From time to time, just to change my routines I smoke something new without latakia. If the summer is too hot, like this year, I smoke Orientals. I much appreciate Virginias, but not enough to get in love for one.
Balkans are my go to right now. Latakia, Cavendish, Perique, and Asian/Turkish all appeal to me. I tend to go with a lighter tobacco if I'm out as a guest or for an occasion, people are generally more tolerant of light, aromatic blends.

My work-a-day combination is Plum Pudding in a MM Legend.
English/Balkan blends. Some years ago I was sensitive to Latakia, just a small amount of it could make my head spin. After curing myself by micro dosing pure Lat, IÂ cant get enough of it. The second would be Burley and Kentucky blends.
Va and valerse are my preferences
I'm in love with Burley ATM but am really starting to get into the English blends. I'm currently going crazy with PS English Oriental Supreme.
More interested in seeing everybody else's favorites than sharing my own. My tobacco palate is not established yet... too new to the habit. Only smoke maybe 3 bowls per week. So, I don't really have a "daily" go-to. If I did, it would be the Danish-style and/or German-style aromatics, (are they the same thing?), that are based on better leaf and more interesting blends than your typical "American" aromatics. So, I voted "Aromatics", but I've just discovered what I consider the better world of aromatics that I never knew existed until recently - blends like 7 Seas and Caribbean Blue.
I am a big fan of Lakeland Blends.Â
My favorite is Grasmere FlakeÂ
