Tabaquería Xian Sueños Canadienses
(4.00)
Notes: One of the earliest blends from Christian Pickup, of Tabaquería Xian, in México. This is a sweet and anassuming Cavendish-based blend, stronlgy flavoured with Canadian maple sugar, reminding us of the master mixer's Canadian origins.

Sweet, pleasant, and surprisingly light. This is a perennial favourite. Most maple flavoured tobaccos in Mexico taste artificial, much like the so-called maple flavoured syrups that are sold in the country's supermarkets. But Sueños Canadienses is obviously a blend made by someone who appreciates the maple flavour. It tastes like real maple syrup with a touch of butter. It is almost as the the blend could be spread on some pancakes.
