Sutliff Tobacco Company Black Raspberry

Very pleasant aromatic smoke. Found the flavoring to be spot on and not over the top or of a chemical variety or taste. Tobacco quality is top drawer as well. Burns drier than most aros with little Dottie in the bowl. Not my all day every day smoke but a weekly break from the usual suspects. Recommend this one if you are looking for a aromatic with a good raspberry sour ball flavor.

A sweet aromatic with a sugary black cavendish base. The richness of the raspberry is the predominate flavor. The mango is fairly mild, and I had trouble detecting it. It doesn’t matter because the medium strength fruitiness of the mixture is very pleasant as is the after taste, and room note. Has very little nicotine. Won't bite or get harsh. Burns cool and clean at a reasonable pace with a very smooth consistent flavor. Needs an average number of relights, and leaves very little moisture in the bowl. Not quite an all day smoke.

The mixture's very coarse, and perfectly hydrated to enable imminent smoking. But, it might be a touch too dry to cellar.

Of the toppings, the raspberry comes over the strongest: sweet and slightly sharp/acidic. The mango's mildly added, lending an exotic/fragrant touch: almost peach-like. The burn from it's cool, and nice and consistent.

Nicotine: mild. Room-note: nice.

The mango was an addition I was not expecting when I bought this. However, it seems to work well with the Raspberry to provide a fruity smoke. You can taste the base tobaccos under it especially in the 2nd half of the bowl. Good, but not something that's going to make the regular rotation.

This was just OK. I Bought it because raspberry is one of my favorite flavors. However, I did not get much raspberry taste. Plus, I thought it burned hot.
