being a new pipe smoker with out my research I thought this was a good deal as well as a good pipe tobacco come on it has Cherokee on it after the Cherokee Indians. when I got it I was very excited I ran I got my pipe filled the bowl up packed it filled it packed it filled one last time and packed it.... puff puff puff .......puff puff puff.......this don't seem right.....so I tasted it again and it tasted like cigarette tobacco.... off to the computer I go I research I look around and come to find out this is a cigarette tobacco not a pipe tobacco which it why it looked and smelled just like cigarette tobacco there are a lot of brands I come to find that even though they say pipe tobacco doesn't really mean there for pipes chances are if it's sold in a big bag and looks flakey it's cigarette tobacco

We bought some Cherokee Mellow when my wife ran out of RYO tobacco on a trip up to the mountains. It's a good quality RYO. I tried some in a small bowl and it reminded me of Marlboro Light in taste.

Not something that I'd smoke in my pipe on a regular basis, but good for what it really is.. RYO avoiding taxes.
