I am somewhat surprised that this classic blend has not received any reviews. Of course, it's been out of production for a quarter of a century and that may be why. I think, but am not positive, this blend was actually discontinued before Cotton's spit the bid as the Syrian leaf required was difficult to keep getting on a regular basis. In any event, I cracked a tin about five years ago and still remember the taste sensation - waves of smoky and naturally sweet Latakia with a touch of Virginia and I thought, Oriental leaf, but could be wrong. The tin emptied in a hurry as I found the flavor to be as naturally sweet as any Latakia laden blend I ever smoked. I am sure one would have to pay a hefty price to get a tin now, but I am searching and have started a saving's account at my local bank to fund the purchase!
