This one is dry in the pack, but burns evenly and a bit fast, but it does not smoke hot. It smokes better with a little hydration. It's a mild English blend with very little complexity. There's not much Oriental here, but you will notice its wood, spice and dryness. The Cyprian latakia is mildly smoky and woody with little sweetness as a team player. It never over takes the other components. The Virginia is grassy and a little sweet as it forms a base for the other tobaccos. The nic-hit is mild. Has a very consistent flavor all the way through. Needs very few relights and leaves almost no moisture in the bowl. If you like a mild English for an all day smoke, this might do it for you. It's mostly for people who either want to try English for the first time to gauge their interest, or for those who just want a light, light, light smoke. For light English smokers, it's a two and half star blend.
A battle tobacco, good for stingy puffers( I think italian Genoan pipe smokers are interested, lol).Average quality virginia, with a few latakia.Orientals? If your dealer is from Turkey or Pakistan, there is one Oriental. The price and availability is the strenght point.6 Euros for an english-speaking taste is a good price. The cut is less more than a shag but not very dangerous for the pipe.Of course, there are some better tobaccos for the morning, but nothing with the same price of a cigarette packet.Hi !
