This is one of five blends in PL's English Sampler #3.
This blend is superb. Very well balanced, medium bodied with medium flavors. The Latakia, Smyrna, and Red Virginias create the flavor profile you would expect them to. Added to this is the White Burley, which is well behaved and stays in it's place. The Toasted Cavendish (which may have been cased) adds a marvelous sweetness that persists from start to finish. It reminds me of C&D's Epiphany. Not a match to it, but they share many elements in their flavors. No. 13 is a delicious, well rounded, somewhat complex, and a very enjoyable smoke. Don't cheat yourself. Give this one a try.
