One of five blends in PL's English Sampler #3.
I noticed when smoking Blend No. 11 how smooth this Latakia is. It being 50% of No. 12, it's even more evident. It's uncommonly smooth. Very nice. The Lat is the dominant flavor here as you might guess. The spice of the Orientals comes through, but the flavor is subtle, perhaps masked a bit by the Latakia. The Virginias shine through very nicely though adding a fair amount of sweetness. Medium bodied with medium flavors. A very satisfying smoke. If the flavor of the Orientals came through a little more I'd give this 4 stars. As it is I give it 3+.
