This has easily become one of my favorite tobaccos. Once I had smoked an ounce or two, I came back and ordered a whole pound. You can taste bold latakia, with a slight viginia sweetness and also a musty, earthy flavor which I presume is the turkish leaf. It smells wonderful and the exotic smell lingers on you after the smoke is finished. It is very interesting yet I don't find it overwhelming at all. I could smoke this all day.
