I was in DC on holiday and discovered this outstanding little shop outside the White House. A knowledgeable young gentleman named Matt immediately started asking intelligent questions about my preferences in tobacco. The store carries a number of re-named McClellands and Stokebeyes and I coiuld recognize most. I asked for a proprietary blend. He immediately suggested EXECUTIVE. This is not like Mephisto or Gawith's Commonwelath mixtures. It is a simple and straightforward blend of Virginias and heavy Latakia. I thought I would miss the Oriental component but I did not. It is rich like a torte and very smooth. It can leave your throat a little dry but still well worth it. Think of DaVinci by C&D done right w/o the awful stench. Satisfying and delicious . A must try! 4 stars.
