This blend is well balanced, neither vanilla nor honey, but the perfect mix of both. The base is a mixture of Burley, Virginia and Toasted Black Cavendish.
The Virginia is citrusy with a little grass. The burley is mildly earthy and nutty with light molasses. There’s a mild undercurrent of rich vanilla from the black cavendish (and a topping) which well compliments the addition of mild honey. Has very little nicotine. No bite present. Burns cool, clean and smooth at a reasonable pace with few relights, and a consistent flavor. Leaves virtually no moisture in the bowl. An all day smoke with a nice after taste, and room note.
Lit easily and stayed lit (I light with matches). Burned hot and quickly with lots of smoke. The fragrance is pretty strong. Flavor is a earthy honey with rich undertones of vanilla. Overall very mellow with no sharp tobacco flavor overwhelming the honey. Very satisfying smoke. Not sure it beats a Havana Honey cigar but the closest I've found.
Very pleasant flavor. It was originally somewhat wet in consistency, but when allowed to rest for a few days, it dried out quite nicely and burned evenly to a nice, fine, medium-gray ash.
