I think this was one of Ed Burak's own creations. A hint of Latakia thickened the dominant Orientals and top-shelf Virginia just enough to make this wonderful blend sing. In reading the descriptive, I now understand why this slightly Oriental forward Connoisseur classic tasted so good. I reckon Burak spared no expense in obtaining some of the finest Orientals available for this one.
