It seems all of the blends that I've tried from Affordable Pipes have one particular taste in common, and I would guess that it's from perique as they all have a slightly "peppery" element to them. This blend is no exception.
Like all of the Affordable Pipes blends, this one burns to a white ash and doesn't goop up your pipe.
This blend has little maple taste or aroma to it and it is difficult to distinguish it from the other blends by Guy Wallace.
Smoke it slowly or get bit.
