A medium strength tobacco blended in the American way, with selected, tasty Virginias and a substantial amount of latakia adding a hint of Old England and that British taste.

If you like FADERS "Porter" or Uhles "Irish Aromatic" this is the blend for you! This actually contains sweet black cavendish, Latakia, and Perique. An extremely smooth smoke that is both aromatic yet very English in Character. One of the best tabacs I have had in a long time. A very unique taste!

This is definitely an American Oriental blend, not an English blend. It is comprised of a substantial amount of Burley, some Virginia, and a fair amount of Latakia. I do not detect any Turkish in the mix, neither aroma nor taste. It is a pleasant enough mixture for all day smoking, espaecially outdoors, being cool burning at all times. There is a definite casing, which lingers throughout the smoke, but it isn't really unpleasant (mostly). It was one of my favorites years ago on the road from Mixture 79 to Greg Pease, but it no longer passes muster for me.
