Port of Dumfries was perhaps the finest Virginia/Oriental tobacco I ever smoked. I know the release was limited because at the time of production, there was not a lot of the top shelf Virginia available to make a full run of tins and that is why it is so scarce. The Virginia/Oriental combination presented a flavor presentation as deep as the ocean. If I ever find another tin of this, I'm on it!
