Tin note of coffee with vanilla creamer and alcohol. Tobacco is a mix of coarse and ribbon cut of light brown, brown and black. Moisture content is ok. Most pipe smokers will want to dry it out. Burns moderate with a few relights. The strength is medium and nic is mild to medium. Flavoring is medium, with notes of Bourbon, Coffee, Vanilla. Flavoring is fairly prominent in the first 1/3, dwindles in the 2/3 to background flavors. Taste is medium and moderately consistent, with notes of sweet bourbon, vanilla, coffee, peaty vegetation, spices, floral, cocoa, hay, molasses, nuts, acidic, mildly savory, wood, sugar, a slightly spicy vanilla and bread background note, and a peppery retro. Burley is leading with Cavendish and Flavoring supporting. Virginias must be supporting from afar. Room note is pleasant, and aftertaste is good.
