The first review is sadly mine, about a month or so after the 500th episode and this tobacco were subsequently released. Ive smoked 5-6 bowls so far. I like a lot of red VAs- rapparee & bayou buck are all time favs, and I like a lot of flakes, and this does very little for me. Mind you, my all time favorite tobacco, Shepherds Pie, is made by TCS.
There's none of the vinegar taste you associate with red VAs, no sweetness from a yellow VA. The 14 years of age on it seems to be more of a selling point than something that actually has had an effect on the tobacco itself.
I'll be trying it every 6mo or so and hopefully coming back and eating crow!
