The matured brown Virginia flakes provide some fermented tart and tangy citrus, dark fruit, earth, wood, bread, vegetation, some grass, mild floralness, and very light spice along with a touch of sweet, stewed figs. Also sports a light sugary fruit topping. The strength and taste levels are a couple of steps past the center of mild to medium. The nic-hit is in the center of mild to medium. Won't bite or get harsh, and barely has any rough edges. Needs no dry time. Burns cool, clean and a tad slow with a very consistent flavor from top to bottom. Leaves very little dampness in the bowl. Requires a few relights. Has a very pleasant, short lived after taste and room note.
