The deeply rich hot cocoa topping is the lead topping with able assistance from the creamy marshmallow and butterscotch. Because they sublimate the tobaccos to a medium extent, I’ll only point out the aspects of the tobaccos that I notice in the order of each varietal’s importance. Earth, wood, plenty of nuts, some sugar, light molasses and bread from the burleys. The black cavendish provides a little sugar and toast. The bright Virginia offers a light tart and tangy citrus, grass, bread, sugar, and very small floral, spice notes. The strength is a step past the mild mark. The taste is a notch short of the center of mild to medium. The nic-hit is mild. No chance of bite or harshness. Has no rough edges. Burns cool and clean at a moderate rate with a very consistent, mellow creamy sweet flavor that extends to the lightly lingering, very pleasant after taste, and room note. Hardly leaves any dampness in the bowl. Requires an average number of relights. An easy going all day smoke. Three and a half stars out of four.
