I think this has the potential after some age to be very nice, but right now it is not great. The tobacco in the bag is a very uniform ribbon cut and looks like pipe tobacco. It smells like it is an all Virginia blend. The first light and first 1/3 of the bowl is very nice. As it progresses it starts to taste a little off and by the finish gets a strong end of a cigar like taste. It requires more relights than I would expect. The strength does vary, but it has never been overwhelming.
All negative aspects were still there after 3 months but a little less. Despite the "aged" comment in the website description I think this is barely aged at all. I have put it in a jar and am going to try to leave it alone for a year.
