Ken Byron Ventures Yoshimi’s Instant Crush
(3.00)
This is a mixture of matured red and bright grades with just a dash of toasted burley and a light dressing you may not even notice in the pouch. This is a fun little blend we cooked up and it is sold at a fun price. It is just lightly fragrant and not heavy in the nose.

The matured red and bright Virginias provide a lot of tart and tangy citrus, tangy ripe dark fruit, earth, wood, grass, sugar, bread, some floralness, light spice, and vegetation as the lead components. The toasted burley is ten percent of the blend, and provides a lot of wood, earth, and some nuttiness. It does have a toasty, dry quality and some sharp, sour, rough edges as well. It also plays above its percentage in terms on effect on the mixture. The fruity red wine essence mildly sublimates the tobaccos. The strength and nicotine are a couple of steps past the center of mild to medium. The taste is a hair short of the medium mark. Won’t bite or get harsh. Well balanced with a little complexity, it burns clean and a tad warm at a slightly fast pace with a very consistent, mildly sweet and lightly dryly sour, rugged, savory flavor that translates to the lightly lingering after taste and room note. Leaves little dampness in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. Can be an all day smoke.
