The gold Virginia cavendish provides a fair amount of grass and some citrus, along with a light honey note. The vanilla topping is more evident than the lightly applied caramel, and both tone down the tobacco to a great extent. The strength is mild, and the taste is a couple of steps past that mark. The nic-hit is very low. Won’t bite or get harsh. Burns cool and clean at a reasonable rate with a very consistent flavor from start to finish. Leaves a little moisture in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. Has a pleasant after taste and room note. An all day smoke. Two and a half stars.
