The nutty, earthy, woody burleys are the star component, and also sport a sharp note, leading me to suspect one of the burleys is of the white variety. The unsweetened black cavendish offers some brown sugar. The Belgian chocolate topping has little richness, and although it sublimates the tobaccos a bit, doesn’t overwhelm them. The strength is mild, and the taste is a couple steps past that. The nic-hit level is very light. Won’t bite, but burns a little warm, and has a hint of a rough edge here and there. Burns clean at a reasonable pace with a mostly consistent flavor, though the topping weakens a shade toward the finish. Leaves little moisture in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. Has a pleasant, short lived after taste. An all day smoke. Two and a half stars.
