This is an aromatic house blend named for the founder of the shop in Anchorage, Alaska, USA. Flavors and sweetness are subtle enough to retain one's interest, and they remind me of brown sugar, vanilla, cocoa, and perhaps caramel. I expected a sticky-sweet blend that would clog my pipes, but was pleasantly surprised to discover the proper moisture level, and by how cleanly it burns.
